Françeska Tomori is a PhD candidate and researcher at the Department of Economics of Universitat Rovira i Virgili (URV). She holds a Bachelor Degree in Economics from the University of Tirana (Albania) and a Research Master of Science in Economics from the University of Barcelona, Spain.
She started her PhD in October, 2017 and her thesis aims to analyze several public policies and environmental issues of the industrial organization markets.
