Technical Conference 'ENERGY AND ECOLOGICAL TRANSITION'

On Friday, May 10 at 9:00 am., the "Energy and Ecological Transition" Technical Conference will take place, within the framework of the "Social Perception and Ecological Transition under a Multi-Dimensional Socio-Economic Analysis of the Spanish Regions" project. Panel discussion with interventions from different views on the ecological and energy transition in Spain, presenting the main results of the perception of the ecological transition in the 17 Spanish Autonomous Regions.

The Conference will be inaugurated by the Vice-Rector for Economics, Infrastructures and Institutional Relations of the URV, Juan Antonio Duro and Josep Maria Arauzo-Carod, secretary of the IU-Rescat, will introduce the speakers.

We will have the participation of Maria Llop Llop, Director of the Department of Economics, and Principal Researcher of the SPECTRUM project, Lucía Blanco Cano, Assistant Deputy Director of Prospective SG, Strategy and Regulation in Energy Matters, Ministerio para la Transición Ecológica y el Reto Demográfico, Leonardo Bejerano i Manjón, Head of the Catalan Climate Change Office, General Directorate of Climate Change and Environmental Quality, Secretariat of Climate Action, Department of Climate Action, Food and Rural Agenda, Jaume Morron, Consultant on the implementation of renewable energies, Carles Riba, President CMES - Collective for a new sustainable energy and social model, Professor emeritus of the UPC and Enric Aguilar, Director of the IU-RESCAT, who will act as moderator.
